HOW FEES WORK
You fund rewards. The fee covers everything else.
Fund a prepaid balance
Top up by bank account (ACH) or card. Rewards are only approved when funded, so spend never runs ahead of budget.
One fee, no surprises
Your plan’s service fee covers all processing. Bank or card, the price is the same.

Can we reward with points instead of dollars?
Yes. Growth and Scale can run points programs with no payouts or top-ups at all.
How do ambassadors get paid?
Once you approve, rewards pay out on the 1st and 15th to the ambassador’s Stripe Express account, or stay as a balance they cash out later. Every payout carries a Stripe transfer ID.
Do we collect W-9s or bank details?
No. Ambassadors onboard to Stripe once, and their W-9 and bank details live in Stripe, never with you.
How much can a single activity pay?
You set the reward for each activity, from $1 to $500, along with how many times each ambassador can complete it.
Can programs use our own domain and email?
On Growth and Scale, yes: a custom domain for the program page and a custom sender address for its emails.
